This is my Story
Art has always been the place where I feel most like myself — the quiet space where ideas turn into characters, and characters turn into feelings. After years of illustrating cats in my personal projects, I noticed something beautiful: cats don’t try to be perfect, yet they communicate everything — mood, attitude, softness, chaos, affection — through their poses and expressions. That realization became the heart of this class.
I created Paws & Poses because I wanted to build something for busy dreamers like me — people who love cats and want to illustrate them with confidence, clarity, and joy, without the pressure of “getting it right.” This class isn’t just about drawing, it’s about capturing personality and emotion in the simplest possible way, so creativity feels safe again. If I can give you even a fraction of the comfort my art and my cats have given me over the years, then this class has already done its job.
